NOTES: Criminal connections: Helen is the wife of Rick Cannon; the sister of Inez Johns (aka Inez Ashley, aka Ashley Stevens) of Illinois and Nancy Johns of Maryland (who's also the mother of Lisa Page/Lisa Johns of Maryland). Helen is also the sister of the late Stanley Johns and the sister-in-law of his widow Helen Johns (aka Ann Taylor Psychic) of Greenfield, Wisconsin. Both Helen Cannon and Rick Cannon have had numerous legal actions taken against them over the years. And Helen may have been on the run from the law back in the Spring/Summer of 1997.

NOTES: Formerly Psychic Readings by "Madison". At a past Chicago Air & Water Show, back when "Sheila" called herself "Madison", she had some guys (presumably family/sons) passing out flyers advertising her "services". On the flyers it had reviews from celebrities we're to supposed believe have interviewed Madison on their shows. These included Oprah, whose quote was something like "Amazing!"; Phil Donahue, who said something like "Terrific!" as well as some others. It also said on the flyer that Madison has helped solve crimes for numerous law enforcement agencies. I checked with a few law enforcement agencies in this state and another and oddly enough no one seems to have worked with the "amazing" Madison/Sheila. And "Sheila" is still making such ridiculous claims, including a supposed endorsement by Reader's Digest. Wow, she must really be amazing. Too bad she had to change her name.
