I saw this woman back in December 2002 and was going with a friend to get a reading. Since my friend claimed this woman was accurate last time, I was more up for it. Anyways, this woman looked at me and claimed that my aura was half missing and she wanted to look into it more. She made it some huge big deal and said it wasn't something she saw very often. I was having a hard time in my life at the moment and fell for it. She wanted 300 up front to pay for the "work" she was going to do.

Well, I came back and she said that there was a curse on my parents and was caused by some ex lover of my dad's and that it was causing me, my sister, and my mother to have problems with love. (who doesn't anyways?) She said she had to do a bunch of rituals and things and said to work with her. She claimed she was the only one who could do something about it. Also, she claimed that very bad things would continue to happen to my family if I didn't do something about it. She tried to make it sound all "great" like I was selected to do this work with her. Bunch of crock. At this point she wanted me not to talk with anyone about our work (which was very iffy) and claimed that the spirits would interfere if they knew we were working to get rid of them. Bunch of crap.

Eventually, she asked me for 3000 dollars. I was very reluctant to give her the money and she said that I could get the materials for her. She knew I didn't have the time, as I was a full time college student with a part-time job, to actually do this. So, I gave her a check. She then spent the next few weeks doing a bunch of rituals claiming the work was going well. At this point, she mentioned that I was supposed to meet a soulmate at a new job I was getting. However, she needed more money to do some "special work" for me to make sure I would actually accept him. I was very reluctant to give her the money and she claimed she would take half (200). I think she realized at this point that I was catching on to her because she didn't contact me after this point even though she said we still had work to do. Basically, at this point, I had given her a total of 3500.

I tried to call her several more times after I hadn't heard from her and she never answered. I finally tried from my home phone as I never had previously used it. Someone finally did answer and she talked to me. She agreed to meet me the next day but she was not there when I called to make sure she was at home. I finally contacted her again and left a message that I would contact the authorities. At this point she finally contacted me. She even left two messages on my cell phone calling me "childish" and "immature." She claimed I was threatening her and not returning her calls. If she was "so psychic," she would have realized that I was at work multiple times when she called me...or was busy with friends. What a crock...plus she called me names, which in my opinion was very poor of her to do. If I was really threatening her, she could have called the police. However, she knew that she had cheated me of money and that she would have to say that...or at least knew I WOULD.

Currently, I have tried to talk to her one more time after she flaked on meeting me and my friend. I finally called her and said that I didn't believe her excuse this time, as she had flaked on me many times before. I had a very long conversation in which I laid down my allegations and told her that I thought she had lied to me. She claimed she had done work and said she would do additional work as the stuff she had done obviously hadn't done anything. I even tried to get her to talk about my love life as I had recently started a good relationship with a long-term friend (something very different from what she had said...which was that I would meet someone new). She never even mentioned it, and even seemed to forget that she had claimed I would meet a soulmate. She seemed to steer the conversation to other topics and even tried to say that she had advised some poor woman who had come to her after giving 45,000 to some other "psychic" that the previous "psychic" had cancer and it interfered with her powers. To be honest, I really wonder if this woman believes what she is doing but that does not matter to me.

All that matters to me is that I get justice in this matter and that other people do not have to deal with frauds like her out there. It is unfair that this occurs, and like I said before, I am glad that you have your site up as a warning to others.
